Audio conferencing options and pricing
Reservationless Automatic Dial-In Option
All participants dial in to the conference and are "automatically" joined together.
- 8.5¢ per minute, per connection with toll-free dial-in number
- 8.5¢ per minute, per connection with caller paid dial-in number
Operator Dialed Option
An Operator-Dialed audio conference is ideal when you want to "meet with a call" and have AT&T handle the arrangements for you. The AT&T Conferencing Specialist dials out to each participant, including the host, and adds them to the call. International locations will incur additional international long distance charges.
- 24 ¢ per minute, per connection
Operator Assisted Dial-In Option
This call type will benefit customers who are looking for a personal customer service touch and security features for their conference calls.
- 18 ¢ per minute, per connection
- 16 ¢ per minute, per connection with caller paid dial-in
Web Conferencing
Each participant that logs in to the web conference is "automatically" joined together.

Collaborate across organizational teams, seamlessly, and efficiently, with the single pane window displaying a shared whiteboard, with easy to use tools for viewing applications and editing documents. The host can transfer control to participants, allowing participants to display documents and share information. Teams geographically dispersed can recognize other team members and follow the discussion with ease, with the microphone icon appearing next to the active talker. AT&T Connect offers an extensive selection of features and capabilities for activities such as client presentations, project team meetings, employee trainings, all hands meetings, and more. Desktop Sharing
Participants can share and view applications, reports, and presentations that reside on any of the participants PCs.
Whiteboard
For a truly collaborative experience you can allow all participants to edit a document… live in real time.
Chat
Participants can send text messages to the entire audience or privately to a specific member of the conference.
Application Share Control
Hosts can share control of the presentation with participants. Participants can only modify the presentation if granted control by the host.
File Transfer
Participants can upload and download files.
Desktop Share Control
Support personnel can access participants' PCs (with PC owner approval) for troubleshooting and problem resolution for technical support applications.
Polling
Hosts can create a survey online; the results can be tabulated immediately and shared with all participants.
Record & Playback
The host and/or participants can record the entire web and audio meeting to be played back at any time.
Video
