With AT&T Toll-Free service, you can have your calls ring on another number — including your mobile phone. (Your wireless account may incur charges for toll-free calls received via cell phone. Not all wireless providers allow toll-free numbers to be routed to a wireless number. Review your wireless plan for more details.)
Keep your current toll-free number
If you already have a toll-free number with a different service provider, you can easily move it to AT&T and take advantage of our low rates and excellent service.

AT&T All In One Toll-Free Pricing Details
For stand-alone Toll-Free service with month-to-month or term billing plans, a monthly recurring charge of $15 per routing arrangement applies.
11 month term plan termination charge: A $75.00 termination charge applies to a complete disconnect of all local lines prior to the 11th month anniversary. Customers may not migrate to other AIO rate plans without penalty.
When calls are received from a payphone, a third-party connection fee and surcharge may apply.
Regulatory
A Federal Regulatory Fee of 0.92% will be applied to all interstate and U.S. billed international charges, excluding taxes, subject to billing availability, to recover amounts paid to the federal government for regulatory costs and telecommunications services for the hearing impaired. A Property Tax Allotment of 1.49% will be applied to all interstate and U.S. billed international charges, excluding taxes, subject to billing availability. This is not a tax, but a recovery of an expense that AT&T is required to pay. This expense represents the interstate portion of state and local property taxes imposed on AT&T.
A Universal Connectivity Charge ("UCC") equal to (subject to rounding) the quarterly Universal Service Fund contribution factor established by the Federal Communications Commission will apply. The factor can be found at the following website: http://www.fcc.gov/omd/contribution-factor.html
An Administrative Expense Fee of 0.88% is applied to the total net interstate and international charges. The Administrative Expense Fee recovers a portion of AT&T's internal costs associated with the Federal Communications Commission's Universal Service Fund.
